Technical Specifications

Jamb

Full welded construction. Single doors have a 32” width within the jamb. Double doors have a 64” width within the jamb with no astragal. Jambs are composed of welded, rigid 2” x 6” x 11 ga. HSS A-36 tube frames with integral stops and are pre-drilled for mounting to rough openings. Thresholds are 1/4” brake-bent plate. Jamb exterior dimensions are 36.25” wide x 83.25” tall, with heavy-duty closers included. Jambs are pre-fit for magnetic smart locks. No deadbolt is necessary.

Hinges

Weld-on stainless steel bullet hinges with bronze bushings at contact points.

Doors

Full welded construction. Framed in 1/2” x 2” solid bar stock with Qty. 2 @ 11 ga. steel panels. Panels contain 1” rigid rock wool insulation for sound and thermal mitigation. Ballistic-resistant doors are available up to UL 752 Level 8.

Finish

Finish options include powder coat in any available RAL/Tiger color. This finish is suitable for all interior and exterior applications.

Glazing

Glazing options include 3/4” Low-E insulated glass units, 1/4” clear tempered glass, or 1/4” reeded (1/2” reeds) tempered glass for privacy. Ballistic glass is available up to UL 752 Level 8.

Seal

Perimeter door seals are Pemko P50 kerf-in seals. Sweeps are McMaster 10505A19 bottom-mount bulb seals.
