Technical Specifications

Jamb

Full welded construction. Single doors with have a 32” width within the jamb. Double doors will have a 64” width within the jamb with no astragal. Jambs will be a welded rigid 2”x6”x11ga. HSS A-36 tube frame with integral stop and pre drilled for mounting to rough openings. Threshold will be 1/4” brake bent plate. Jamb exterior dimensions will be 36.25” wide x 83.25” tall with heavy duty closers included. Jambs will be pre-fit for magnetic smart locks. No deadbolt necessary.

Hinges

Weld on Stainless steel bullet hinges with bronze bushings at contact points.

Doors

Full welded construction. Framed in 1/2”x2” solid bar stock with Qty. 2 @1 1ga. steel panels. Panels will contain 1” rigid rock wool insulation for sound and thermal mitigation. Ballistic resistant Doors available up to UL-752 level 8.

Finish

Finish options will be limited to powder coat with any RAL *Tiger color available. This finish is suitable for all interior and exterior applications.

Glazing

Glazing options will include 3/4” Low E insulated glass units, or 1/4” clear tempered glass, or 1/4” reeded (1/2”reeds) tempered glass for privacy. Ballistic glass available up to UL-752 level 8.

Seal

Perimeter door seals will be Pemko P50 kerf-in. Sweep will be Mcmaster 10505A19 Bottom mount bulb seal.
